Gold-i has been shortlisted for the Exporter of the Year and Community Business of the Year Awards in the prestigious British Small Business Awards.
The awards are organised by SmallBusiness.co.uk and GrowthBusiness.co.uk to celebrate the very best small companies from across the UK.
According to the awards organisers, “This vital sector is often described as the ‘engine room of the economy’ and it is high time the small business community is commended for its efforts in providing quality products and services and for their significant contribution to Britain’s success.”
Tom Higgins added, “We pride ourselves in being a dynamic micro-multinational, with a large proportion of clients overseas. We are continuing to see international growth, particularly in Asia where it is proving to be a real asset to have an office in Shanghai.
“We are also a very strong believer in supporting our local community, awarding grants through the Gold-i Foundation for Innovation and encouraging employees to fundraise and volunteer. It is a real privilege to be shortlisted for these two awards, which select from the very best of small businesses across all sectors in the UK.”
The awards recognise company achievements for organisations with up to 50 employees. A full shortlist is available at http://britishsmallbusinessawards.co.uk/2017-shorlist
Winners will be announced on 1 November 2017.
